To initiate a refund, please email our billing department at billing@orgprompt.com with your account email and the transaction ID from your PayPal or payment receipt.
Once approved, refunds are processed immediately. However, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Refunds are only available for the initial purchase. Subsequent automatic renewals are not eligible for refunds, but you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
